Mia Verc, CPA​

Mrs. Verc is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Dominican University in River Forest. Mia graduated in the top 10% of her class with Magna Cum Laude Honors. She started her career in the financial field working in the banking industry. Mrs. Verc joined the Monarch family in 2014 and has been working hard since, absorbing knowledge and growing in her career. She is an owner of Monarch Accounting Group, Inc.

Mrs. Verc’s expertise lies with working with individuals, as well as businesses, assisting them with their financial, accounting, and tax needs. Mia has in-depth experience with Construction, Trucking, and Medical industries. Mrs. Verc is both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Certified Pro-Advisor. She is also a past Treasurer of Willowbrook/ Burr Ridge Chamber of Commerce.

Inna Kostyuk

Mrs. Kostyuk is a Senior Accountant . She received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Auditing from Chernivtsi National University in Ukraine. Then after moving to the USA, she continued her accounting profession and received a Master of Science (MS) in Business and Administration from Benedictine University. 

Inna began her accounting career working for a CPA firm in Oak Brook, IL and has gained experience working with different types of businesses. Currently she is working towards receiving her CPA License in IL. Mrs. Kostyuk joined the Monarch family in 2023. Inna is both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Certified Pro-Advisor and can assist small businesses with their accounting and financial needs.

Janice Papais, CPA

Janice Papais is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She received a BS in accounting from Indiana University and began her career working for a large bank in Indiana. Janice has held a variety of positions; ranging from information technology, QuickBooks Pro Advisor, branch management, assistant comptroller, to assistant vice president.

Janice also worked for a McDonald’s supplier where she started and ran a division dedicated to the financing and administration of the Happy Meal program.
Janice is an Advanced QuickBooks Certified Pro-Advisor and assists small businesses with their accounting and training needs.
